3. Buying and Selling
a. Sellers:
• You are responsible for accurately describing your listings, setting your prices, and fulfilling orders promptly.
• You may not list counterfeit, stolen, illegal, or prohibited items.
• KomaFG reserves the right to remove listings that violate our policies.
b. Buyers:
• By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus applicable taxes, fees, and shipping costs.
c. Transactions:
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

4. Prohibited Uses:

All content on KomaFG (logos, trademarks, design, text, and code) is owned by or licensed to KomaFG.
By posting or uploading content (such as product listings or photos), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and promote that content in connection with the Platform.
6. User Conduct and Community
KomaFG is built on trust and authenticity. We expect users to treat each other respectfully, communicate honestly, and follow all policies regarding listings, payments, and shipments.
Harassment, discrimination, or false claims will not be tolerated.
7. Fees and Payments
KomaFG may charge sellers transaction or service fees.
All fees will be clearly disclosed prior to listing or selling.
We reserve the right to update our fee structure at any time with notice to users.
8. Shipping and Returns
Sellers are responsible for shipping purchased items on time and providing tracking information.
Buyers must confirm delivery and report any issues within a reasonable time frame.
Refunds may be approved only if:
• The item never arrived.
• The item is not as described (wrong item, or major undisclosed damage).
• The seller fails to ship the order within the required time frame.
To qualify, the buyer must file a dispute within 3 days of delivery (or 7 days of purchase if the item never shipped).
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
KomaFG provides the Platform “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that listings will sell.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KomaFG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to KomaFG in the past 12 months.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform at any time for violating these Terms or for any reason deemed necessary to protect the community.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@komafg.com.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The revised version will be posted with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of KomaFG means you accept any changes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York County, NY.
