Thank you for using KomaFG.com. This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works for buyers and sellers on our marketplace. Because KomaFG is a platform where independent sellers list and ship their own items, shipping times and methods may vary based on the seller’s location and preferences.
1. Seller Responsibility
Sellers are responsible for shipping all sold items within the required timeframe.
When a buyer completes a purchase, sellers must:
• Ship the item within 3 business days
• Use a reliable carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
• Provide a valid tracking number
• Package the item securely to prevent damage
Failure to ship on time may result in order cancellation and potential account review.
2. Shipping Methods
Shipping methods and costs are set by the seller.
Options may include:
• Standard shipping
• Expedited or priority shipping
• International shipping (if enabled by the seller)
Buyers will see the shipping cost and estimated delivery time before completing checkout.
3. Tracking Information
All shipped orders must include tracking.
Tracking details will appear in the buyer’s order page once uploaded by the seller.
If a seller fails to upload valid tracking, KomaFG may hold payment until proof of shipment is provided.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by:
• Seller location
• Buyer location
• Shipping method
• Carrier delays or holidays
Typical U.S. delivery estimates:
• Standard: 3–7 business days
• Expedited: 2–4 business days
International times may vary between 1–3 weeks.
KomaFG is not responsible for carrier delays.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package is significantly delayed or lost in transit:
• Buyers must contact the seller first through KomaFG messaging.
• Sellers must assist by checking with the carrier or filing a claim if necessary.
If no resolution is reached, buyers may open a dispute within 7 days of the latest expected delivery date.
KomaFG will review the case and make a final decision based on evidence provided.
6. Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged:
• The buyer must submit photos and details to the seller within 3 days of delivery.
• Sellers must respond promptly and work toward a resolution.
If a seller refuses to cooperate, the buyer may escalate the issue to KomaFG for review.
7. Seller Non-Shipment
If a seller does not ship the item or provide tracking within 3 business days, the order may be:
• Automatically canceled
• Refunded to the buyer
• Investigated for seller misconduct
Repeat violations may result in account suspension.
